Rehan

Rehan Raja is a Business Administration major at NVCC. He is the older brother in his family and has two sisters. One of Rehan's goals is to graduate and transfer to a four-year university after this year and secure a good job in the future. Some of his personality traits are introverted and observant, traits he shares with some of his group members. These help him focus better as a student. Rehan works part-time as a cashier at Harris Teeter and previously spent a summer working as a lifeguard. He is interested in sports, movies, and music, and he is passionate about being kind and respectful to others because he believes it creates a calm and positive environment. Through this experience, he hopes to take away meaningful lessons and thoughts, while also gaining skills that will help him succeed later in life. His core values are kindness, confidence, and fun, which he feels are a strong reflection of who he is and what he believes in because he believes that if someone follows them they will find success and enjoyment in life.

Bri

Briana is a first-gen college student and an older sister who is figuring out a lot of new things while trying to stay true to herself. She believes in giving people a chance to grow and learn, and she's all about teamwork. In her group, she's excited to work with everyone and contribute her skills and ideas. Despite their differences, they're united in their goal to do great work and support each other. Briana is passionate about creating a positive and inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and respected. She thinks that's key to achieving their goals and making a real impact. She's looking forward to learning from everyone and growing as a person. Through this experience, she hopes to develop new skills, build meaningful relationships, and make a difference. Briana is a firm believer in kindness, empathy, and understanding. She thinks these values are essential in both personal and professional settings. She's excited to be part of this team and contribute to their collective success.

Razann

Razann is a 17- year- old student at nova, since her childhood, Razann has always been interested in technology because she enjoys discovering how things work, and also coming up with solutions to problems. Eventually, she will want to attend a university and earn her degree then build her career as a computer engineer. According to her personality test, she is an ENTJ which is sometimes known as the “Commander” which is the type of person who prefers to be structured and likes to take action. Razann finds it very rewarding to set goals for herself and hold herself accountable, while also knowing the importance of teamwork because she knows that success is not a solo effort. The test also highlights her strengths in problem solving , determination, and adaptability. Beyond academics, she enjoys reading and traveling . Razann is committed to pushing herself both academically and personally so that she can build a future to be proud of.

Bryce

Bryce Henneberg is 18 years old and just starting college. This is a cool time in his life because he gets to meet new people, learn new things, and figure out what he wants to do in the future.

Baseball has been a big part of Bryce’s life. He started playing when he was four years old, and he has enjoyed playing and making lifelong friends ever since. Playing baseball has taught him many lessons about life, staying humble, working hard, and being a good teammate. Sports have always pushed him to try his best and always push him to become better.

He is also very grateful to have a great family,his brother has been a mentor to him while growing up. It has been fun because his brother has challenged him and motivates him to be better. His brother is someone Bryce looks up to and respects.

When Bryce is not in school or playing baseball, he has other hobbies that he enjoys. He likes lifting with his friend because it helps him set and achieve goals while keeping him healthy. He also enjoys playing video games, which is a good way for him and his friends to relax. Watching sports is another favorite hobby of his, especially football because he loves watching the teams that he supports win.

Mohid Rehan is a Business Information Technology at Northern Virginia Community College. As a middle child in his family, with one older sister and one younger brother he has learned how to adapt, balance and communicate effectively. Mohid’s goal for NVCC is to transfer after two years and go to Virginia Tech, where he hopes to expand his knowledge in both business and technology to prepare for a successful career in Business Information technology. Mohid often describes himself as thoughtful, hardworking, and introverted. These traits help him focus on his work and handle situations in creative ways. He works part time in the café area of the Wegmans. This job allows him to meet new people, learn new skills, and learn the importance of getting a good education. He also used to work in customer service at an automotive consulting company known as PARS as a paid intern. There he developed strong communication skills and learned the importance of making connections.

Outside of school and work Mohid likes sports, music, and motorship. These hobbies keep him grounded and more relatable. He values kindness, respect, and confidence believing these traits are essential to live a fulfilling life in the future. Mohid hopes to build lasting skill that will help him in both Business Information Technology and in general life.

Andrea

Andrea Ferrera is an 18-year-old full time student at northern Virginia community college, in

Manassas Virginia. Majoring in criminal justice as of now and eventually switch towards

forensics psychology. Andrea has balanced out school, work, a social life, and responsibilities as

an older sister with brothers. Enjoy being a part of a great retail team at a mall with a healthy

environment and coworkers.

Known for her dedication and strong work ethic Throughout high school, Andrea has excelled in

subjects like English, history, and government. There is a special interest in forensics and

psychology and continues to explore this passion through reading and learning the depth of these

certain topics. Outside the classroom, Andrea enjoys spending time with family and friends,

learning different levels of different topics of interest, and spending time alone which gives time

to self-evaluate.

A favorite experiences so far that Andrea has experienced is starting college and taking bigger

steps towards the goal. The feeling of accomplishment is one of the things that keeps her

pushing. Andrea enjoys meeting new people to interact with. Andrea has always been able to

find curiosity in anything; this is used as motivation. Andrea aims to continue excelling in school

and hopes to one day become a forensics psychologist and excited about the future and ready to

take on new challenges every day.
